Read them through once before you start, then take them one at a time, and don't worry about being polished. Each question has an opening line underneath it: start with those words and then just keep going, because it saves you having to think about how to begin.

Answer in full sentences, as though the person listening hasn't heard the question, since there's no interviewer in the finished episode and each answer needs to stand up on its own.

Aim for about a minute on each, though some will be shorter and that's fine. If you stumble, cough, lose your thread or want to start an answer again, just do it. All of that gets edited out, and we'll never change what you actually said. Treat it like leaving a voice message for a friend rather than a performance, because that's exactly how it sounds best.
