Payments & Terms
-
The new monthly plan spreads the cost of your regular lessons evenly across the year.
It means one simple payment each month, no large term invoices, and no back-and-forth about payment.
Your lesson slot is reserved for the full year and you never need to set it up again.
-
Your plan covers 45 lessons across the year.
We publish our seven holiday weeks in advance on our website, so you always know when lessons are running.
-
We understand that illness happens. While we will always help where we can, we can no longer guarantee rescheduled lessons for student absences.
Your monthly payment is for your reserved weekly or fortnightly slot for the full year, rather than individual lesson attendance.
-
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a lesson, we will do our best to reschedule within the term.
If that is not possible, a refund will be applied at the end of the term.
-
You are welcome to take holidays whenever you choose.
Your lesson slot will still be held for you. As with other absences, we cannot guarantee rescheduled lessons when holidays fall outside our published breaks.
Our term dates are published well in advance, so we hope you’ll be able to plan your holidays around your lessons so you don’t miss anything! -
We all have moments when life gets in the way. If this happens, your teacher will try to offer an online lesson for your booked slot whenever possible.
If you prefer not to take an online lesson, the session will simply be skipped for that week.
-
If you need to end your lesson plan, we ask for a minimum of four weeks’ notice by email.
Your plan will continue during that notice period, and your direct debit will end after four weeks.
-
If your schedule changes, please contact us. We will always try to help.
Lesson times depend on availability and cannot always be moved immediately.
-
You set up your direct debit once using the QR code or link on our website.
Payments are automatically charged on the same date each month to cover your year-round lesson plan.
